Now that you understand the context, let's get to the definitions:

Low Poo:

It is a technique to sanitize the hair, means that the shampoo is light (sulfate-free), also known as shampoo sulfate-free, makes less foam than common shampoos and provides cleaning to the hair without removing the hair's natural protection.

* Suitable for all hair types.

How to do Low Poo?

First, you must do a prewash with a mild shampoo.

Next, wash your hair with a conditioner or cream indicated for the technique No Poo that is, choose free products. Let it act for about two minutes, then rinse the hair.

When using a shampoo Low Poo (which promotes a gentler wash), you will notice less foam. And there's nothing wrong with that. The important thing is to know that the agents that clean the hair are acting on your strands, removing impurities and taking care of the health of the hair and scalp.

* Indicated for dry and frizzy hair looking for oil control from root to tip.

In the Poo:

It is the method that eliminates completely the shampoo from the hair washing routine: in its place, conditioners or cleansing creams, freed from any chemical agent such as insoluble silicones and petrolatum, enter.

* Indicated for curly and frizzy hair in order to rescue the natural oiliness of the hair.

IMPORTANT: In the No and Low Poo washing methods, products free of sulfates, petrolatum, mineral oils, Vaseline, liquid paraffin or insoluble silicones must be used.

It is the hair hygiene technique in which the conditioner replaces the use of shampoo to clean the strands. The conditioner to wash the hair needs to be released.
