Capillary Schedule

What are the main steps of the Capillary Schedule?

Every day our hair suffer from physical or chemical agressions that make it looks different from what we would like.

Sometimes hair gets damaged due to coloring, straightening, use of thermal curlers, but also due to factors we cannot control such as chlorine, salt, pollution or UV rays.

When it comes to hair care we like to think that we are well informed, but the questions are: Do we treat our hair the best way we can? Do we have the correct hair routines?

The hair plays a key role in building female self-esteem and we all aim to have healthy hair. For this reason, we present you the Capillary Schedule, which is a hair care routine, that helps you regain the vitality and health of your hair.

The Capillary Schedule consists of 3 steps: Hydration, Nutrition and Reconstruction:

Hydration is the first step of the Capillary Schedule, and it is essential for replenishing water and mineral salts in dry hair. It is suitable for all hair types, leaving them soft and shiny. However it is not enough to moisturize. Hair needs nourishment and reconstruction.

The Nutrition step is responsible for replenishing the nutrients and lipids of the hair strands. Lipids are the fats naturally produced by the sebaceous glands of our scalp that protect the hair. At this step of the Capillary Schedule, the hair will regain its shine and strength.

Finally, the Reconstruction step acts on the replacement of hair proteins, especially keratin (protein produced by the human body, which represents about 90% of the hair’s constitution, being responsible for ensuring strength, elasticity and resistance to the hair fiber). Reconstruction is an essential step to avoid having brittle or porous hair, contributing to the restoration of hair fiber.
